Spin Class

Everyday but Thursday 

Spin class, utilizing stationary bicycles, offers a dynamic, high-intensity, yet low-impact workout that targets endurance, strength, and recovery. This indoor cycling experience not only enhances cardiovascular and lower body strength but also contributes to mental well-being. Burn calories, boost your metabolism, and achieve your fitness goals with this stimulating workout

Full Body HIIT

Fridays 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Ignite your metabolism and sculpt your physique with our dynamic Full Body HIIT classes. Each session offers a unique blend of high-intensity exercises targeting every muscle group, ensuring a challenging and exhilarating workout experience.

Outdoor Mat Pilates

Mondays, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday 

Immerse yourself in a journey of strength, flexibility, and mind-body connection. Led by expert instructors, these classes are designed to deepen your understanding of posture, alignment, and relaxation techniques.
