Spin Class
Everyday but Thursday

Core & Glute Pilates
Wednesdays 7:30pm - 8:00pm

Muay Thai
Tuesday & Thursday classes
Unleash your inner warrior with our Muay Thai classes, combining traditional martial arts techniques with modern fitness principles. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, our experienced instructors at Kingdom Muay Thai will help you sharpen your skills and unleash your full potential. Members are required to bring their own boxing gloves.
