Pilates Exercise

Indoor Mat Pilates

Mondays/Wednesdays 7:30pm - 8:30pm - Sunday 1030am-1130am

Spin Class

Everyday but Thursday 

Spin class, utilizing stationary bicycles, offers a dynamic, high-intensity, yet low-impact workout that targets endurance, strength, and recovery. This indoor cycling experience not only enhances cardiovascular and lower body strength but also contributes to mental well-being. Burn calories, boost your metabolism, and achieve your fitness goals with this stimulating workout

Muay Thai

Tuesday & Thursday classes

Unleash your inner warrior with our Muay Thai classes, combining traditional martial arts techniques with modern fitness principles. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, our experienced instructors at Kingdom Muay Thai will help you sharpen your skills and unleash your full potential.  Members are required to bring their own boxing gloves.

Full Body HIIT

Fridays 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Ignite your metabolism and sculpt your physique with our dynamic Full Body HIIT classes. Each session offers a unique blend of high-intensity exercises targeting every muscle group, ensuring a challenging and exhilarating workout experience.

Wednesdays 7:30am - 8:30am 

This Pilates HIIT class combines the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with the intensity of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Expect a dynamic, fast-paced workout that targets your muscles with controlled movements while boosting your heart rate with short bursts of high-energy exercises. This class is designed to improve strength, endurance, and flexibility, leaving you feeling stronger, toned, and energized. Perfect for those looking for a challenging yet balanced workout!

Power Yoga

Commencing May 4/25 - Thursdays 7:30pm - 8:30pm 

Are you ready to strengthen your mind and your body? Come join us for this 1-hour dynamic form of Hatha Yoga class.  During this class we will be focusing on movements that support better posture, full body strength, and focus on energy and proper breathing techniques.
